José Humberto de Góes Junior擁有塞爾希佩聯邦大學法學學位(2000 年)、帕拉伊巴聯邦大學法學碩士學位(2008 年)和巴西利亞大學法學博士學位(2015 年)。他目前是巴西戈亞斯聯邦大學的法學教授。他在法律領域擁有豐富的經驗,曾擔任研究員、推廣工作者和律師,重點關注人權,主要致力於以下主題:司法正義、人權、公民權、法律與民主、原住民族法律和兒少權。在此些研究範圍內,他一直致力於法律人類學的研究。此外,他還是「O Direito Achado na Rua」研究組織的成員,也曾擔任西班牙卡斯特利翁漢姆一世大學中聯合國教科文組織和平哲學主席,以及德薩羅洛大學碩士國際研究學院的客座教授。

He holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Sergipe (2000), a Master's degree in Legal Sciences, area of ​​concentration in Human Rights, from the Federal University of Paraíba (2008) and a PhD in Law from the University of Brasília (2015), area of ​​concentration in Law. , State and Constitution. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Federal University of Goiás/Regional Goiás. He has experience in the field of Law, both as a researcher, extension worker and lawyer, with an emphasis on Human Rights, working mainly on the following topics: access to justice, human rights, citizenship, law and democracy, indigenous law and the rights of children and adolescents. Within the scope of research, he has been dedicated to studies of Legal Anthropology. In addition, he is a member of the Research Group "O Direito Achado na Rua", of the Law School of the University of Brasília, and of the Laboratory of Interdisciplinary Studies on Access to Justice in Latin America and the Caribbean, of the Research and Postgraduate Center on Americas and the Caribbean (LEIJUS/CEPPAC), from the University of Brasília. He has also served as visiting professor at the Master Universitario en Estudios Internacionales de Paz, Conflictos y Desarrollo of the UNESCO Chair of Philosophy for Peace at the Jaume I University of Castellón, Spain.
